We weren't excited about having to phone in a request for our room to be serviced. This hasn't happened to us in any other city of hotel we have stayed in the USA. This was news to us as we had checked with the hotel before if we could have a couple of parcels delivered to the hotel for our arrival, and at no time was a charge mentioned for accepting delivery. The Hotel charges an additional fee, depending on the size of the parcel, for accepting it on your behalf and storing it in a cupboard. This is in addition to any normal delivery fees from the business sending things to you. As we had already unpacked, we weren't going to be moved and stayed put.īe aware, you will be charged if you have any items delivered to the hotel.
